Sahih Bukhari 368 - The Book Of As-Salat (The Prayer)

Baab Namaz Ke Ehkaam O Masail

حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ ، عَنِ اللِّمَاسِ وَالنِّبَاذِ ، وَأَنْ يَشْتَمِلَ الصَّمَّاءَ ، وَأَنْ يَحْتَبِيَ الرَّجُلُ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے قبیصہ بن عقبہ نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم سے سفیان نے بیان کیا، جو ابوالزناد سے نقل کرتے ہیں، وہ اعرج سے، وہ ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے   کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دو طرح کی بیع و فروخت سے منع فرمایا۔ ایک تو چھونے کی بیع سے، دوسرے پھینکنے کی بیع سے اور اشتمال صماء سے ( جس کا بیان اوپر گزرا ) اور ایک کپڑے میں گوٹ مار کر بیٹھنے سے۔

English Translation

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet forbade two kinds of sales i.e. Al-Limais and An-Nibadh (the former is a kind of sale in which the deal is completed if the buyer touches a thing, without seeing or checking it properly and the latter is a kind of a sale in which the deal is completed when the seller throws a thing towards the buyer giving him no opportunity to see, touch or check it) and (the Prophet forbade) also Ishtimal-As- Samma' and Al-Ihtiba' in a single garment.
