حَدَّثَنِي زَكَرِيَّاءُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، أَنَّهَا حَمَلَتْ بِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، قَالَتْ : فَخَرَجْتُ وَأَنَا مُتِمٌّ , فَأَتَيْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ فَنَزَلْتُ بِقُبَاءٍ فَوَلَدْتُهُ بِقُبَاءٍ ، ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , فَوَضَعْتُهُ فِي حَجْرِهِ , ثُمَّ دَعَا بِتَمْرَةٍ فَمَضَغَهَا ، ثُمَّ تَفَلَ فِي فِيهِ , فَكَانَ أَوَّلَ شَيْءٍ دَخَلَ جَوْفَهُ رِيقُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , ثُمَّ حَنَّكَهُ بِتَمْرَةٍ ، ثُمَّ دَعَا لَهُ وَبَرَّكَ عَلَيْهِ , وَكَانَ أَوَّلَ مَوْلُودٍ وُلِدَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ . تَابَعَهُ خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُسْهِرٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، أَنَّهَا هَاجَرَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهِيَ حُبْلَى .

Urdu Translation

مجھ سے زکریا بن یحییٰ نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابواسامہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے ہشام بن عروہ نے، ان سے ان کے والد نے اور ان سے اسماء رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہ   عبداللہ بن زبیر رضی اللہ عنہما ان کے پیٹ میں تھے، انہیں دنوں جب حمل کی مدت بھی پوری ہو چکی تھی، میں مدینہ کے لیے روانہ ہوئی یہاں پہنچ کر میں نے قباء میں پڑاؤ کیا اور یہیں عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ پیدا ہوئے۔ پھر میں انہیں لے کر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئی اور آپ کی گود میں اسے رکھ دیا۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک کھجور طلب فرمائی اور اسے چبا کر آپ نے عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے منہ میں اسے رکھ دیا۔ چنانچہ سب سے پہلی چیز جو عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے پیٹ میں داخل ہوئی وہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا مبارک لعاب تھا۔ اس کے بعد آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کے لیے دعا فرمائی اور اللہ سے ان کے لیے برکت طلب کی۔ عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ سب سے پہلے بچے ہیں جن کی پیدائش ہجرت کے بعد ہوئی۔ زکریا کے ساتھ اس روایت کی متابعت خالد بن مخلد نے کی ہے۔ ان سے علی بن مسہر نے بیان کیا، ان سے ہشام نے، ان سے ان کے والد نے اور ان سے اسماء رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہ جب نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہونے کو نکلیں تھیں تو وہ حاملہ تھیں۔

English Translation

Narrated Asma: That she conceived `Abdullah bin Az-Zubair. She added, I migrated to Medina while I was at full term of pregnancy and alighted at Quba where I gave birth to him. Then I brought him to the Prophet and put him in his lap. The Prophet asked for a date, chewed it, and put some of its juice in the child's mouth. So, the first thing that entered the child's stomach was the saliva of Allah's Apostle. Then the Prophet rubbed the child's palate with a date and invoked for Allah's Blessings on him, and he was the first child born amongst the Emigrants in the Islamic Land (i.e. Medina).
