Sahih Bukhari 511 - The Book Of As-Salat (The Prayer)

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ خَلِيلٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ صُبَيْحٍ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنَّهُ ذُكِرَ عِنْدَهَا مَا يَقْطَعُ الصَّلَاةَ ، فَقَالُوا : يَقْطَعُهَا الْكَلْبُ وَالْحِمَارُ وَالْمَرْأَةُ ، قَالَتْ : قَدْ جَعَلْتُمُونَا كِلَابًا ، لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي وَإِنِّي لَبَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْقِبْلَةِ وَأَنَا مُضْطَجِعَةٌ عَلَى السَّرِيرِ ، فَتَكُونُ لِي الْحَاجَةُ فَأَكْرَهُ أَنْ أَسْتَقْبِلَهُ فَأَنْسَلُّ انْسِلَالًا ، وَعَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ نَحْوَهُ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے اسماعیل بن خلیل نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے علی بن مسہر نے بیان کیا سلیمان اعمش کے واسطہ سے، انہوں نے مسلم بن صبیح سے، انہوں نے مسروق سے، انہوں نے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے کہ   ان کے سامنے ذکر ہوا کہ نماز کو کیا چیزیں توڑ دیتی ہیں، لوگوں نے کہا کہ کتا، گدھا اور عورت ( بھی ) نماز کو توڑ دیتی ہے۔ ( جب سامنے آ جائے ) عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے فرمایا کہ تم نے ہمیں کتوں کے برابر بنا دیا۔ حالانکہ میں جانتی ہوں کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نماز پڑھ رہے تھے۔ میں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے قبلہ کے درمیان ( سامنے ) چارپائی پر لیٹی ہوئی تھی۔ مجھے ضرورت پیش آتی تھی اور یہ بھی اچھا نہیں معلوم ہوتا تھا کہ خود کو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے سامنے کر دوں۔ اس لیے میں آہستہ سے نکل آتی تھی۔ اعمش نے ابراہیم سے، انہوں نے اسود سے، انہوں نے عائشہ سے اسی طرح یہ حدیث بیان کی۔

English Translation

Narrated `Aisha: The things which annul the prayers were mentioned before me. They said, Prayer is annulled by a dog, a donkey and a woman (if they pass in front of the praying people). I said, You have made us (i.e. women) dogs. I saw the Prophet praying while I used to lie in my bed between him and the Qibla. Whenever I was in need of something, I would slip away. for I disliked to face him.
