Baab Nikah Ke Masail Ka Bayan

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَسْمَاءَ ، حَدَّثَنَا جُوَيْرِيَةُ ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ ابْنِ مُحَيْرِيزٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : أَصَبْنَا سَبْيًا فَكُنَّا نَعْزِلُ ، فَسَأَلْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ : أَوَإِنَّكُمْ لَتَفْعَلُونَ ، قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا ، مَا مِنْ نَسَمَةٍ كَائِنَةٍ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ إِلَّا هِيَ كَائِنَةٌ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے عبداللہ بن محمد بن اسماء نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے جویریہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے امام مالک بن انس نے، ان سے زہری نے، ان سے ابن محیریز نے اور ان سے ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ   ( ایک غزوہ میں ) ہمیں قیدی عورتیں ملیں اور ہم نے ان سے عزل کیا۔ پھر ہم نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اس کا حکم پوچھا تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ کیا تم واقعی ایسا کرتے ہو؟ تین مرتبہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے یہ فرمایا ( پھر فرمایا ) قیامت تک جو روح بھی پیدا ہونے والی ہے وہ ( اپنے وقت پر ) پیدا ہو کر رہے گی۔ پس تمہارا عزل کرنا عبث حرکت ہے۔

English Translation

Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri: We got female captives in the war booty and we used to do coitus interruptus with them. So we asked Allah's Apostle about it and he said, Do you really do that? repeating the question thrice, There is no soul that is destined to exist but will come into existence, till the Day of Resurrection.
