Baab Talaq Ke Masail Ka Bayan

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ قَزَعَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ ، أَنَّ سُبَيْعَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيَّةَ نُفِسَتْ بَعْدَ وَفَاةِ زَوْجِهَا بِلَيَالٍ ، فَجَاءَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَاسْتَأْذَنَتْهُ أَنْ تَنْكِحَ ، فَأَذِنَ لَهَا ، فَنَكَحَتْ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے یحییٰ بن قزعہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے امام مالک نے بیان کیا، ان سے ہشام بن عروہ نے، ان سے ان کے والد نے، ان سے مسور بن مخرمہ نے کہ   سبیعہ اسلمیہ اپنے شوہر کی وفات کے بعد چند دنوں تک حالت نفاس میں رہیں۔ پھر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آ کر انہوں نے نکاح کی اجازت مانگی تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں اجازت دی اور انہوں نے نکاح کیا۔

English Translation

Narrated Al-Miswer bin Makhrama: Subai'a Al-Aslamiya gave birth to a child a few days after the death of her husband. She came to the Prophet and asked permission to remarry, and the Prophet gave her permission, and she got married.
