Baab Dawa Aur Elaaj Ke Bayan Main

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأُوَيْسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، قَالَتْ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَوَى إِلَى فِرَاشِهِ نَفَثَ فِي كَفَّيْهِ ، ب قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ ، ، جَمِيعًا ، ثُمَّ يَمْسَحُ بِهِمَا وَجْهَهُ ، وَمَا بَلَغَتْ يَدَاهُ مِنْ جَسَدِهِ ، قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ : فَلَمَّا اشْتَكَى كَانَ يَأْمُرُنِي أَنْ أَفْعَلَ ذَلِكَ بِهِ ، قَالَ يُونُسُ : كُنْتُ أَرَى ابْنَ شِهَابٍ ، يَصْنَعُ ذَلِكَ إِذَا أَتَى إِلَى فِرَاشِهِ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے عبدالعزیز بن عبداللہ اویسی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سلیمان بن بلال نے بیان کیا، ان سے یونس بن یزید ایلی نے، ان سے ابن شہاب زہری نے، ان سے عروہ بن زبیر نے اور ان سے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب اپنے بستر پر آرام فرمانے کے لیے لیٹتے تو اپنی دونوں ہتھیلیوں پر «قل هو الله أحد» اور «قل أعوذ برب الناس» اور «قل أعوذ برب الفلق» سب پڑھ کر دم کرتے پھر دونوں ہاتھوں کو اپنے چہرہ پر اور جسم کے جس حصہ تک ہاتھ پہنچ پاتا پھیرتے۔ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہا کہ پھر جب آپ بیمار ہوتے تو آپ مجھے اسی طرح کرنے کا حکم دیتے تھے۔ یونس نے بیان کیا کہ میں نے ابن شہاب کو بھی دیکھا کہ وہ جب اپنے بستر پر لیٹتے اسی طرح ان کو پڑھ کر دم کیا کرتے تھے۔

English Translation

Narrated `Aisha: Whenever Allah's Apostle went to bed, he used to recite Surat-al-Ikhlas, Surat-al-Falaq and Surat-an- Nas and then blow on his palms and pass them over his face and those parts of his body that his hands could reach. And when he fell ill, he used to order me to do like that for him.
