Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said (in the above narration No. 268), And then raise your head till you feel at ease while sitting.

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدٌ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : ثُمَّ ارْفَعْ حَتَّى تَطْمَئِنَّ جَالِسًا .

ہم سے ابن بشار نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ مجھ سے یحییٰ نے بیان کیا، ان سے عبیداللہ نے، ان سے سعید نے بیان کیا، ان سے ان کے والد نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ   نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”پھر سر سجدہ سے اٹھا اور اچھی طرح بیٹھ جا۔“
