Baab Qasmon Aur Nazron Ke Bayan Main

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : لَا يَأْتِي ابْنَ آدَمَ النَّذْرُ بِشَيْءٍ لَمْ يَكُنْ قُدِّرَ لَهُ ، وَلَكِنْ يُلْقِيهِ النَّذْرُ إِلَى الْقَدَرِ قَدْ قُدِّرَ لَهُ ، فَيَسْتَخْرِجُ اللَّهُ بِهِ مِنَ الْبَخِيلِ ، فَيُؤْتِي عَلَيْهِ مَا لَمْ يَكُنْ يُؤْتِي عَلَيْهِ مِنْ قَبْلُ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے ابوالیمان نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم کو شعیب نے خبر دی، کہا ہم سے ابوالزناد نے بیان کیا، ان سے اعرج نے بیان کیا اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ   نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”نذر انسان کو کوئی ایسی چیز نہیں دیتی جو اس کے مقدر میں نہ ہو، البتہ اللہ تعالیٰ اس کے ذریعہ بخیل سے اس کا مال نکلواتا ہے اور اس طرح وہ چیزیں صدقہ کر دیتا ہے جس کی اس سے پہلے اس کی امید نہیں کی جا سکتی تھی۔“

English Translation

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, Allah says, 'The vow, does not bring about for the son of Adam anything I have not decreed for him, but his vow may coincide with what has been decided for him, and by this way I cause a miser to spend of his wealth. So he gives Me (spends in charity) for the fulfillment of what has been decreed for him what he would not give Me before but for his vow.
