Baab Un Kuffar O Murtadon Ke Ehkaam Main Ju Musalmano Se Lerte Hain

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو قِلَابَةَ الْجَرْمِيُّ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : قَدِمَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَفَرٌ مِنْ عُكْلٍ ، فَأَسْلَمُوا فَاجْتَوَوْا الْمَدِينَةَ ، فَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يَأْتُوا إِبِلَ الصَّدَقَةِ ، فَيَشْرَبُوا مِنْ أَبْوَالِهَا وَأَلْبَانِهَا ، فَفَعَلُوا ، فَصَحُّوا ، فَارْتَدُّوا وَقَتَلُوا رُعَاتَهَا ، وَاسْتَاقُوا الْإِبِلَ ، فَبَعَثَ فِي آثَارِهِمْ ، فَأُتِيَ بِهِمْ فَقَطَعَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ ، وَأَرْجُلَهُمْ وَسَمَلَ أَعْيُنَهُمْ ، ثُمَّ لَمْ يَحْسِمْهُمْ حَتَّى مَاتُوا .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے علی بن عبداللہ مدینی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ولید بن مسلم نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ مجھ سے ابوقلابہ جرمی نے بیان کیا، ان سے انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ   نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس قبیلہ عکل کے چند لوگ آئے اور اسلام قبول کیا لیکن مدینہ کی آب و ہوا انہیں موافق نہیں آئی ( ان کے پیٹ پھول گئے ) تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان سے فرمایا کہ صدقہ کے اونٹوں کے ریوڑ میں جائیں اور ان کا پیشاب اور دودھ ملا کر پئیں۔ انہوں نے اس کے مطابق عمل کیا اور تندرست ہو گئے لیکن اس کے بعد وہ مرتد ہو گئے اور ان اونٹوں کے چرواہوں کو قتل کر کے اونٹ ہنکا لے گئے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کی تلاش میں سوار بھیجے اور انہیں پکڑ کے لایا گیا پھر ان کے ہاتھ پاؤں کاٹ دئیے گئے اور ان کی آنکھیں پھوڑ دی گئیں ( کیونکہ انہوں نے اسلامی چرواہے کے ساتھ ایسا ہی برتاؤ کیا تھا ) اور ان کے زخموں پر داغ نہیں لگوایا گیا یہاں تک کہ وہ مر گئے۔

English Translation

Narrated Anas: Some people from the tribe of `Ukl came to the Prophet and embraced Islam. The climate of Medina did not suit them, so the Prophet ordered them to go to the (herd of milch) camels of charity and to drink, their milk and urine (as a medicine). They did so, and after they had recovered from their ailment (became healthy) they turned renegades (reverted from Islam) and killed the shepherd of the camels and took the camels away. The Prophet sent (some people) in their pursuit and so they were (caught and) brought, and the Prophets ordered that their hands and legs should be cut off and that their eyes should be branded with heated pieces of iron, and that their cut hands and legs should not be cauterized, till they die.
