Baab Un Kuffar O Murtadon Ke Ehkaam Main Ju Musalmano Se Lerte Hain

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْقُدُّوسِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ الْكِلَابِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَجَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ ، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ حَدًّا فَأَقِمْهُ عَلَيَّ ، قَالَ : وَلَمْ يَسْأَلْهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : وَحَضَرَتِ الصَّلَاةُ فَصَلَّى مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَلَمَّا قَضَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الصَّلَاةَ ، قَامَ إِلَيْهِ الرَّجُلُ ، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ حَدًّا ، فَأَقِمْ فِيَّ كِتَابَ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : أَلَيْسَ قَدْ صَلَّيْتَ مَعَنَا ؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ ، قَالَ : فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ غَفَرَ لَكَ ذَنْبَكَ أَوْ قَالَ حَدَّكَ .

Urdu Translation

مجھ سے عبدالقدوس بن محمد نے بیان کیا، ان سے عمرو بن عاصم کلابی نے بیان کیا، ان سے ہمام بن یحییٰ نے بیان کیا، ان سے اسحاق بن عبداللہ بن ابی طلحہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ   میں نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس تھا کہ ایک صاحب کعب بن عمرو آئے اور کہا: یا رسول اللہ! مجھ پر حد واجب ہو گئی ہے۔ آپ مجھ پر حد جاری کیجئے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے کچھ نہیں پوچھا۔ بیان کیا کہ پھر نماز کا وقت ہو گیا اور ان صاحب نے بھی نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ نماز پڑھی۔ جب آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نماز پڑھ چکے تو وہ پھر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آ کر کھڑے ہو گئے اور کہا: یا رسول اللہ! مجھ پر حد واجب ہو گئی ہے آپ کتاب اللہ کے حکم کے مطابق مجھ پر حد جاری کیجئے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس پر فرمایا کہ کیا تم نے ابھی ہمارے ساتھ نماز نہیں پڑھی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ جی۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ پھر اللہ نے تیرا گناہ معاف کر دیا یا فرمایا کہ تیری غلطی یا حد ( معاف کر دی ) ۔

English Translation

Narrated Anas bin Malik: While I was with the Prophet a man came and said, O Allah's Apostle! I have committed a legally punishable sin; please inflict the legal punishment on me'.' The Prophet did not ask him what he had done. Then the time for the prayer became due and the man offered prayer along with the Prophet , and when the Prophet had finished his prayer, the man again got up and said, O Allah's Apostle! I have committed a legally punishable sin; please inflict the punishment on me according to Allah's Laws. The Prophet said, Haven't you prayed with us?' He said, Yes. The Prophet said, Allah has forgiven your sin. or said, ....your legally punishable sin.
