Baab Un Kuffar O Murtadon Ke Ehkaam Main Ju Musalmano Se Lerte Hain

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، قَالَ : ذَكَرَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ ، فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ شَدَّادٍ : هِيَ الَّتِي قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : لَوْ كُنْتُ رَاجِمًا امْرَأَةً عَنْ غَيْرِ بَيِّنَةٍ . قَالَ : لَا تِلْكَ امْرَأَةٌ أَعْلَنَتْ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے علی بن عبداللہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سفیان نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابوالزناد نے بیان کیا، ان سے قائم بن محمد نے بیان کیا کہ   ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے دو لعان کرنے والوں کا ذکر کیا تو عبداللہ بن شداد رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہا کہ یہ وہی تھی جس کے متعلق رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا تھا کہ اگر میں کسی عورت کو بلا گواہی رجم کر سکتا ( تو اسے ضرور کرتا ) ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہا کہ نہیں یہ وہ عورت تھی جو ( فسق و فجور ) ظاہر کیا کرتی تھی۔

English Translation

Narrated Al-Qasim bin Muhammad: Ibn `Abbas mentioned the couple who had taken the oath of Lian. `Abdullah bin Shaddad said (to him), Was this woman about whom Allah's Apostle said, 'If I were ever to stone to death any woman without witnesses. (I would have stoned that woman to death)?' Ibn `Abbas replied, No, that lady exposed herself (by her suspicious behavior).
