Baab Fitno Ka Bayan Mein

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ . ح وحَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَخِي ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَتِيق ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، أَنَّ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتَ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَتْهُ ، عَنْ أُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ بِنْتِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ جَحْشٍ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا يَوْمًا فَزِعًا ، يَقُولُ : لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ ، وَيْلٌ لِلْعَرَبِ مِنْ شَرٍّ قَدِ اقْتَرَبَ ، فُتِحَ الْيَوْمَ مِنْ رَدْمِ يَأْجُوجَ وَمَأْجُوجَ مِثْلُ هَذِهِ ، وَحَلَّقَ بِإِصْبَعَيْهِ الْإِبْهَامِ وَالَّتِي تَلِيهَا ، قَالَتْ زَيْنَبُ بِنْتُ جَحْشٍ : فَقُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، أَفَنَهْلِكُ وَفِينَا الصَّالِحُونَ ؟ ، قَالَ : نَعَمْ ، إِذَا كَثُرَ الْخُبْثُ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے ابوالیمان نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو شعیب نے خبر دی، انہیں زہری نے، (دوسری سند) اور امام بخاری رحمہ اللہ نے کہا کہ ہم سے اسماعیل بن ابی اویس نے بیان کیا، کہا مجھ سے میرے بھائی عبدالحمید نے، ان سے سلیمان بن بلال نے، ان سے محمد بن ابی عتیق نے، ان سے ابن شہاب نے، ان سے عروہ بن زبیر نے، ان سے زینب بنت ابی سلمہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے ام حبیبہ بنت ابی سفیان رضی اللہ عنہم نے اور ان سے زینب بنت جحش رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہ   ایک دن رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ان کے پاس گھبرائے ہوئے داخل ہوئے، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فرما رہے تھے کہ تباہی ہے عربوں کے لیے اس برائی سے جو قریب آ چکی ہے۔ آج یاجوج ماجوج کی دیوار سے اتنا کھل گیا ہے اور آپ نے اپنے انگوٹھے اور اس کی قریب والی انگلی کو ملا کر ایک حلقہ بنایا۔ اتنا سن کر زینب بن جحش رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ میں نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! تو کیا ہم اس کے باوجود ہلاک ہو جائیں گے کہ ہم میں نیک صالح لوگ بھی زندہ ہوں گے؟ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ ہاں جب برائی بہت بڑھ جائے گی۔

English Translation

Narrated Zainab bint Jahsh: That one day Allah's Apostle entered upon her in a state of fear and said, None has the right to be worshipped but Allah! Woe to the Arabs from the Great evil that has approached (them). Today a hole has been opened in the dam of Gog and Magog like this. The Prophet made a circle with his index finger and thumb. Zainab bint Jahsh added: I said, O Alllah's Apostle! Shall we be destroyed though there will be righteous people among us? The Prophet said, Yes, if the (number) of evil (persons) increased.
