Baab Hukumat Or Qaza Ka Bayan Mein

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَادَةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ ، قَالَ : بَايَعْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى السَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ فِي الْمَنْشَطِ وَالْمَكْرَهِ .

Urdu Translation

ہم سے اسماعیل نے بیان کیا، کہا مجھ سے امام مالک نے بیان کیا، ان سے یحییٰ بن سعید نے، انہوں نے کہا کہ مجھ کو عبادہ بن الولید نے خبر دی، انہیں ان کے والد نے خبر دی، ان سے عبادہ بن صامت رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ   ہم نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے آپ کی سننے اور اطاعت کرنے کی بیعت کی، خوشی اور ناخوشی دونوں حالتوں میں۔

English Translation

Narrated 'Ubada bin As-Samit: We gave the oath of allegiance to Allah's Apostle that we would listen to and obey him both at the time when we were active and at the time when we were tired.
