Baab Eidain Ke Masail Ke Bayan Main

قَالَ قَالَ وَأَخْبَرَنِي عَطَاءٌ ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ أَرْسَلَ إِلَى ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ فِي أَوَّلِ مَا بُويِعَ لَهُ إِنَّهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ يُؤَذَّنُ بِالصَّلَاةِ يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ إِنَّمَا الْخُطْبَةُ بَعْدَ الصَّلَاةِ .

Urdu Translation

پھر ابن جریج نے کہا کہ مجھے عطاء نے خبر دی کہ   ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے ابن زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس ایک شخص کو اس زمانہ میں بھیجا جب ( شروع شروع ان کی خلافت کا زمانہ تھا آپ نے کہلایا کہ ) عیدالفطر کی نماز کے لیے اذان نہیں دی جاتی تھی اور خطبہ نماز کے بعد ہوتا تھا۔

English Translation

Ata told me that during the early days of Ibn Az-Zubair, Ibn `Abbas had sent a message to him telling him that the Adhan for the `Id Prayer was never pronounced (in the life time of Allah's Apostle) and the Khutba used to be delivered after the prayer.
