حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ مُطَرِّفًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَيْلَةُ الْقَدْرِ لَيْلَةُ سَبْعٍ وَعِشْرِينَ .

Urdu Translation

معاویہ بن ابی سفیان سے روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے شب قدر کے متعلق فرمایا: شب قدر ستائیسویں رات ہے ۔

English Translation

Narrated Muawiyah bin Abi Sufyan: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying: Lailat al-qadr is the twenty-seventh night (of Ramadan)
