Sunan Abu Dawood 1655 - Zakat (Kitab Al-Zakat)

Anas said when some meat was brought to the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم, he asked What is this? He was told this is a thing (meat), which was given as sadaqah to Barirah. Thereupon, he said it is sadaqah for her and a gift to us.

حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَنَسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُتِيَ بِلَحْمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ مَا هَذَا ؟ قَالُوا:‏‏‏‏ شَيْءٌ تُصُدِّقَ بِهِ عَلَى بَرِيرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ هُوَ لَهَا صَدَقَةٌ وَلَنَا هَدِيَّةٌ .

انس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس گوشت لایا گیا، آپ نے پوچھا: یہ گوشت کیسا ہے؟ ، لوگوں نے عرض کیا: یہ وہ چیز ہے جسے بریرہ رضی اللہ عنہا پر صدقہ کیا گیا ہے، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: یہ اس ( بریرہ ) کے لیے صدقہ اور ہمارے لیے ( بریرہ کی طرف سے ) ہدیہ ہے ۔
