Sunan Abu Dawood 2171 - Marriage (Kitab Al-Nikah)

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ حَدَّثَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ رِفَاعَةَ حَدَّثَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ َأَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏إِنَّ لِي جَارِيَةً وَأَنَا أَعْزِلُ عَنْهَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَنَا أَكْرَهُ أَنْ تَحْمِلَ وَأَنَا أُرِيدُ مَا يُرِيدُ الرِّجَالُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِنَّ الْيَهُودَ تُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ الْعَزْلَ مَوْءُودَةُ الصُّغْرَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ كَذَبَتْ يَهُودُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لَوْ أَرَادَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَخْلُقَهُ مَا اسْتَطَعْتَ أَنْ تَصْرِفَهُ .

Urdu Translation

ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   ایک شخص نے کہا: اللہ کے رسول! میری ایک لونڈی ہے جس سے میں عزل کرتا ہوں، کیونکہ اس کا حاملہ ہونا مجھے پسند نہیں اور مرد ہونے کے ناطے مجھے شہوت ہوتی ہے، حالانکہ یہود کہتے ہیں کہ عزل زندہ درگور کرنے کی چھوٹی شکل ہے، یہ سن کر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: یہود جھوٹ کہتے ہیں اگر اللہ تعالیٰ کو پیدا کرنا منظور ہو گا، تو تم اسے پھیر نہیں سکتے ۔

English Translation

Narrated Abu Saeed al-Khudri: A man said: Messenger of Allah, I have a slave-girl and I withdraw the penis from her (while having intercourse), and I dislike that she becomes pregnant. I intend (by intercourse) what the men intend by it. The Jews say that withdrawing the penis (azl) is burying the living girls on a small scale. He (the Prophet) said: The Jews told a lie. If Allah intends to create it, you cannot turn it away.
