حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل. ح وحَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ حَمَّادًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَعَبْدَ الْوَارِثِ حَدَّثَاهُمْ كُلّهُمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَسَعِيدِ بْنِ مِينَاءَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ اتَّفَقُوا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْمُخَابَرَةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْمُعَاوَمَةِ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا:‏‏‏‏ وَالْمُعَاوَمَةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَالَ الْآخَرُ:‏‏‏‏ بَيْعُ السِّنِينَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ اتَّفَقُوا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَعَنِ الثُّنْيَا وَرَخَّصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا.

Urdu Translation

جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے محاقلہ ۱؎ مزابنہ ۲؎ مخابرہ اور معاومہ ۳؎ سے منع فرمایا ہے۔ مسدد کی روایت میں «عن حماد» ہے اور ابوزبیر اور سعید بن میناء دونوں میں سے ایک نے معاومہ کہا اور دوسرے نے «بيع السنين»کہا ہے پھر دونوں راوی متفق ہیں اور استثناء کرنے ۴؎ سے منع فرمایا ہے، اور عرایا ۵؎ کی اجازت دی ہے۔

English Translation

Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم forbade muhaqalah, muzabanah, mukhabarah, and mu'awanah. One of the two narrators from Hammad said the word mu'awamah, and other said: selling many years ahead . The agreed version then goes: and thunya, but gave license for Araya.
