حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنِي مَنْصُورٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَمَّا نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْأَوْعِيَةِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَتْ الْأَنْصَارُ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّهُ لَا بُدَّ لَنَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ فَلَا إذًا .

Urdu Translation

جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   جب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے برتنوں کے استعمال سے منع فرمایا تو انصار کے لوگوں نے آپ سے عرض کیا: وہ تو ہمارے لیے بہت ضروری ہیں، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تب ممانعت نہیں رہی ( تمہیں ان کی اجازت ہے ) ۔
