Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: I wish I had a white loaf made from tawny and softened with clarified butter and milk. A man from among the people got up and getting one brought it. He asked: In which had it been? He replied: In a lizard skin. He said: Take it away. Abu Dawud said: This is a munkar (rejected) tradition. Abu Dawud said: Ayyub, the narrator of this tradition, is not (Ayyub) al-Sakhtiyani.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ أَبِي رِزْمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ نَافِعٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ وَدِدْتُ أَنَّ عِنْدِي خُبْزَةً بَيْضَاءَ مِنْ بُرَّةٍ سَمْرَاءَ مُلَبَّقَةً بِسَمْنٍ وَلَبَنٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَاتَّخَذَهُ فَجَاءَ بِهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ فِي أَيِّ شَيْءٍ كَانَ هَذَا ؟ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ فِي عُكَّةِ ضَبٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ ارْفَعْهُ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُنْكَرٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد:‏‏‏‏ وَأَيُّوبُ لَيْسَ هُوَ السَّخْتِيَانِيُّ.

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: مجھے گندمی رنگ کے گیہوں کی سفید روٹی جو گھی اور دودھ میں چپڑی ہوئی ہو بہت محبوب ہے تو قوم میں سے ایک شخص کھڑا ہوا اور اسے بنا کر آپ کی خدمت میں لایا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پوچھا: یہ کس برتن میں تھا؟ اس نے کہا: سانڈا ( سوسمار ) کی کھال کے بنے ہوئے ایک برتن میں تھا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: پھر تو اسے اٹھا لے جاؤ ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث منکر ہے۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: اور اس حدیث میں وارد ایوب، ایوب سختیانی نہیں ہیں۔
