Baab Libas Ke Mutaliq Ehkaam O Masail

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مَالِكٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا انْتَعَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَبْدَأْ بِالْيَمِينِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَإِذَا نَزَعَ فَلْيَبْدَأْ بِالشِّمَالِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏لِتَكُنْ الْيَمِينُ أَوَّلَهُمَا يَنْتَعِلُ وَآخِرَهُمَا يَنْزِعُ .

Urdu Translation

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب تم میں کوئی جوتا پہنے تو پہلے داہنے پاؤں سے شروع کرے، اور جب نکالے تو پہلے بائیں پاؤں سے نکالے، داہنا پاؤں پہنتے وقت شروع میں رہے اور اتارتے وقت اخیر میں ۔

English Translation

Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم as saying: When one of you puts on sandals, he should put on his right one first, and when he takes them off, he should take off the left one first ; so that the right one should be the first to be put on and the last to be taken off.
