حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَائِشَةَرَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ كَانَ وِسَادَةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ ابْنُ مَنِيعٍ:‏‏‏‏ الَّتِي يَنَامُ عَلَيْهَا بِاللَّيْلِ ثُمَّ اتَّفَقَا مِنْ أَدَمٍ حَشْوُهَا لِيفٌ .

Urdu Translation

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا تکیہ، جس پر آپ رات کو سوتے تھے، ایسے چمڑے کا تھا جس میں کھجور کی چھال بھری تھی۔

English Translation

Narrated Aishah: The pillow of the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم on which he slept at night (according to the version on Ibn Mani') was of leather stuffed with palm fibre (according to the agreed version).
