Baab Khawab Ki Tabeer Se Mutaliq Ehkaam O Masail

حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مُجَالِدِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّخَارِجَةَ بْنَ زَيْدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ فِي هَذَا الْمَكَانِ يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ أُنْزِلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ:‏‏‏‏ وَمَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَاؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ خَالِدًا فِيهَا سورة النساء آية 93 بَعْدَ الَّتِي فِي الْفُرْقَانِ وَالَّذِينَ لا يَدْعُونَ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَهًا آخَرَ وَلا يَقْتُلُونَ النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ إِلا بِالْحَقِّ سورة الفرقان آية 68 بِسِتَّةِ أَشْهُرٍ .

Urdu Translation

خارجہ بن زید کہتے ہیں کہ   میں نے زید بن ثابت رضی اللہ عنہ سے اسی جگہ کہتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ آیت کریمہ «ومن يقتل مؤمنا متعمدا فجزاؤه جهنم خالدا فيها» اور جو کوئی کسی مسلمان کو جان بوجھ کر قصداً قتل کر ڈالے تو اس کی سزا جہنم ہے ہے جس میں وہ ہمیشہ رہے گا ( النساء: ۹۳ ) ( سورۃ الفرقان کی آیت ) «والذين لا يدعون مع الله إلها آخر ولا يقتلون النفس التي حرم الله إلا بالحق» اور جو اللہ کے ساتھ کسی اور معبود کو نہیں پکارتے اور کسی ایسے شخص کو جسے قتل کرنا اللہ نے حرام کر دیا ہے بجز حق کے قتل نہیں کرتے ( الفرقان: ۶۸ ) کے چھ مہینے کے بعد نازل ہوئی ہے۔

English Translation

Narrated Zayd ibn Thabit: The verse If a man kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein for ever was revealed six months after the verse And those who invoke not with Allah any other god, nor slay such life as Allah has made sacred, except for just cause in Surat al-Furqan.
