Baab Khawab Ki Tabeer Se Mutaliq Ehkaam O Masail

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ:‏‏‏‏ وَمَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَاؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ سورة النساء آية 93، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ هِيَ جَزَاؤُهُ فَإِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَتَجَاوَزَ عَنْهُ فَعَلَ .

Urdu Translation

ابومجلز سے اللہ تعالیٰ کے قول «ومن يقتل مؤمنا متعمدا فجزاؤه جهنم» کے متعلق مروی ہے کہ ایسے شخص کا بدلہ تو یہی ہے لیکن اگر اللہ اسے معاف کرنا چاہے تو کر سکتا ہے۔

English Translation

About the verse If a man kills a believer intentionally Abu Mijlaz said: This is his recompense. If Allah wishes to disregard him, He may do do.
