حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَنَسٍ:‏‏‏‏ أَنّ جَارِيَةً وُجِدَتْ قَدْ رُضَّ رَأْسُهَا بَيْنَ حَجَرَيْنِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقِيلَ لَهَا:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ فَعَلَ بِكِ هَذَا ؟ أَفُلَانٌ أَفُلَانٌ حَتَّى سُمِّيَ الْيَهُودِيُّ فَأَوْمَتْ بِرَأْسِهَا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَأُخِذَ الْيَهُودِيُّ فَاعْتَرَفَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَأَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُرَضَّ رَأْسُهُ بِالْحِجَارَةِ .

Urdu Translation

انس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   ایک لڑکی ملی جس کا سر دو پتھروں کے درمیان کچل دیا گیا تھا، اس سے پوچھا گیا: تمہارے ساتھ یہ کس نے کیا؟ کیا فلاں نے؟ کیا فلاں نے؟ یہاں تک کہ ایک یہودی کا نام لیا گیا، تو اس نے اپنے سر کے اشارہ سے کہا: ہاں، چنانچہ اس یہودی کو پکڑا گیا، اس نے اقبال جرم کر لیا تو نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حکم دیا کہ اس کا سر پتھر سے کچل دیا جائے۔

English Translation

Narrated Anas: A girl was found with her head crushed between two stoned. She was asked: Who did it with you ? Was it so and so ? Was it so and so ? Until the Jew was named. Thereupon she gave a sign with her head. The Jew was arrested and he admitted. So the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم gave command that his head should be crushed with stones.
