Narrated Abdullah (bin Masud): The bloodwit for unintentional murder which resembles intentional is twenty-five she camels which entered their fourth year, twenty five she-camels which had entered their fifth year, twenty five she-camels which had entered their third year, and twenty five camels which had entered their second year.
حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: فِي شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ أَثْلَاثٌ: ثَلَاثٌ وَثَلَاثُونَ حِقَّةً، وَثَلَاثٌ وَثَلَاثُون جَذَعَةً، وَأَرْبَعٌ وَثَلَاثُونَ ثَنِيَّةً، إِلَى بَازِلِ عَامِهَا وَكُلُّهَا خَلِفَةٌ .
علی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں شبہ عمد کی دیت میں تین قسم کے اونٹ ہوں گے، تینتیس حقہ، تینتیس جذعہ اور چونتیس ایسی اونٹنیاں جو چھ برس سے لے کر نو برس تک کی ہوں اور سب گابھن ہوں۔
