حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ الْأَعْمَشُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ مَالِكِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ الْأَعْمَشُ:‏‏‏‏ وَقَدْ سَمِعْتُهُمْ يَذْكُرُونَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ الْأَعْمَشُ:‏‏‏‏ وَلَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ التُّؤَدَةُ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا فِي عَمَلِ الْآخِرَةِ .

Urdu Translation

سعد رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   تاخیر اور آہستگی ہر چیز میں ( بہتر ) ہے، سوائے آخرت کے عمل کے ۱؎۔ اعمش کہتے ہیں میں یہی جانتا ہوں کہ یہ حدیث نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے مروی ہے یعنی مرفوع ہے۔

English Translation

Narrated Saad: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: There is hesitation in everything except in the actions of the next world.
