حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ،‏‏‏‏ وَمُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زَيِادٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ كُلَيْبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ كُلُّ خُطْبَةٍ لَيْسَ فِيهَا تَشَهُّدٌ فَهِيَ كَالْيَدِ الْجَذْمَاءِ .

Urdu Translation

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ہر وہ خطبہ جس میں تشہد نہ ہو تو وہ کٹے ہوئے ہاتھ کی طرح ہے ( یعنی وہ ناتمام اور ناقص ہے ) یا اس ہاتھ کی طرح ہے جس میں جذام ہو ۔

English Translation

Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: Every sermon which does not contain a tashahhud is like a hand cut off.
