Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: If anyone peeps into the house of a people without their permission and he knocks out his eye, no responsibility is incurred for his eye.

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ مَنِ اطَّلَعَ فِي دَارِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَفَقَئُوا عَيْنَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَدْ هَدَرَتْ عَيْنُهُ .

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   انہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا: جو کسی قوم کے گھر میں ان کی اجازت کے بغیر جھانکے اور وہ لوگ اس کی آنکھ پھوڑ دیں تو اس کی آنکھ رائیگاں گئی ۱؎ ۔
