Zawal Time
Zawal is a brief period around midday when the sun is directly overhead, during which offering prayer is strictly not allowed. It ends as soon as the sun starts to drop, marking the start of Zuhr time. Since sunrise and sunset hours change daily, Zawal time in Rishra shifts slightly every day.
Makrooh Prayer Time in Rishra
Similarly, prayer is strictly prohibited during both sunrise and Zawal times. Sunrise marks the end of Fajr and once the sun rises completely, Ishraq time begins. Salah is not performed during these restricted periods. You can recite the Quran, make dua and do dhikr.
