Kaleji cook in masala is great but fry Kaleji never look so tasty this why people avoid trying fry Kaleji.

Usually peoples fry the kaleji according to this method in the first day of eid because no one like to eat gravy kaleji, I also serve it with chutni and ketchup,it becomes good in the taste.

I just noting the quantity of yogurt in the fry kaleji, due to yogurt it taste is little bit sour which I like.

I also add some yogurt when fry the kaleji, it makes your dinner more tasty and delicious. Usually i eat it with the help of spoon.
