Wash the chicken and put it into the Karahi.
Add in 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt.
Cook it till the water dries.
Add in chopped tomatoes and cook it till the water dries.
Now add in 2 tbsp karahi masala ,2 tsp crushed black pepper, 2 tsp roasted cumin and 1½cup cup clarified butter / oil and Cook it .
Add in 3 tbsp chopped ginger, chopped green chilies, green coriander and lemon juice.
Serve hot with naan and enjoy
