  2. • Chicken ……… 1 karahi Pisces
  3. • Lemons ……………3- 4
  4. • Crushed black pepper ……………2tsp
  5. • Roasted cumin………………2 tsp
  6. • Ginger Garlic paste ……1/2 tbsp
  7. • Karahi masala …………..2 tbsp
  8. • Chopped Ginger ………….3 tbsp
  9. • Salt………………..to taste
  10. • Red chili powder …………3 tbsp
  11. • Chopped green chilies……………..5-7
  12. • Clarified Butter/Oil ……………1½cup
  13. • Chopped Tomatoes ……………1 kg
  14. • Chopped green Coriander………….1 bunch
Method
  • Wash the chicken and put it into the Karahi.
  • Add in 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt.
  • Cook it till the water dries.
  • Add in chopped tomatoes and cook it till the water dries.
  • Now add in 2 tbsp karahi masala ,2 tsp crushed black pepper, 2 tsp roasted cumin and 1½cup cup clarified butter / oil and Cook it .
  • Add in 3 tbsp chopped ginger, chopped green chilies, green coriander and lemon juice.
  • Serve hot with naan and enjoy
