1) Put the olive oil in a large/shallow bowl, than add the lime zest and juice and pepper corns & than add the tuna and toss to coat.
2) Heat a non-stick griddle pan. Cook the tuna steaks, two at a time. For 2-3 mins on each side.
3) Put all the ingredients for the salsa in a bowl and mix together.
4) Season to taste and mix well, than server with the tuna.
