Ingredients
  1. Onions: 1 Or 2 Medium Sized
  2. Tomatoes: 1
  3. Keema (Mutton): 500Gms
  4. Achar: 1 Table Spoon
  5. Oil: To Fry
  6. Salt : To Taste
  7. Black Pepper : 1 Teaspoon
  8. Ginger & Garlic : 1 Teaspoon (Powder Form)
  9. Garden Peas (Matar ): Optional
  10. Ketchup: One Table Spoon
Method
  • 1- First, slice the onions and add them to the preheated oil.
  • 2- Before the onions turn brown, add the keema to the onions and oil.
  • 3- Leave it to cook until the keema becomes tender and a little brownish in colour.
  • 4- Now add the sliced tomato and stir fry. At this stage, you can also add the matar (garden peas). It is better if you boil
  • 5- the peas beforehand and then add them to the contents of your handi.
  • 6- Now add, salt , black pepper , garlic and ginger . Stir these into your handi slightly and then add the ketchup and achar.
  • 7- Now place the lid on your handi and leave it to cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  • 8- Garnish with dhania (coriander)
