Ingredients
  1. 1/2 kg Lamb meat mince
  2. 1 Capsicum
  3. 1 Egg
  4. 1 tsp Black pepper
  5. 1 tsp Crushed red chili
  6. 1 tbsp Oil
  7. 1/2 tsp Salt
  8. 1/2 tsp Oregano
  9. 1/2 tsp Thyme
  10. 2 tbsp Butter
  11. as required Capsicum.
  12. as required Onion
  13. as required Tomato
  14. as required Green chilies
Method
  • In a bowl put together 1/2 kg Lamb meat mince, 1Capsicum, 1 Egg, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Crushed red chili, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Oregano and 1/2 tsp Thyme. Mix well and make long kebab. Now grease an oven proof tray with 1 tbsp oil, put kebab on it, top with 2 tbsp butter and bake in a preheated oven of 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Grill the onion, capsicum, tomato and green chilies, serve with kebab and Naan.
