Ingredients
  1. • Potatoes boiled ½ kg
  2. • Egg white 1
  3. • Bread slices 2
  4. • Green chilies chopped 2
  5. • Mint leaves chopped ½ bunches
  6. • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  7. • Seekh kebab spice 1 tbsp
  8. • Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
  9. • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  10. • Oil as required
  11. • Salt to taste
Method
  • • Peel boiled potatoes and mash with a fork.
  • • Add in rice flour, chopped mint leaves, red chili powder, bread slices, salt to taste, crushed black pepper, chopped green chilies, seekh kebab spice and egg white.
  • • Mix well and make seekh kebabs of this mixture.
  • • BBQ, grill or cook on a hot greased grilling pan.
  • • Serve hot with paratha and chutney.
