Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp garlic paste and ½ kg chicken cut into cubes. Fry well till golden brown.
Add 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp Worchester sauce, 1 tsp sugar, salt to taste and 2 tbsp tomato paste. Fry well for 2 – 3 minutes.
Now add 4 tbsp tomato paste, 2 tbsp tobacco sauce and 1 cup chicken stock. Cover and cook for 10 – 12 minutes.
Now turn the flame high, add in chopped ginger and chopped parsley.
Dish it out and serve hot.
