Ingredients
  1. Boiled egg 4
    Boiled potato 1
    Onion chopped 1
    Green chilies 2 – 3
    Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
    Mint leaves ¼ bunch
    Carrot 1 piece
    Egg beaten 1
    Flour 2 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper ½ tsp
     Oil for fry
Method
  • Finely chop boiled eggs, now mix with 1 mashed potato.
    Add in 1 chopped onion, 2 – 3 chopped green chilies, ¼ bunch coriander leaves, ¼ bunch mint leaves and 1 piece of chopped carrot.
    Also add in 2 tbsp flour, salt to taste and ½ tsp black pepper. Mix very well.
    Now make into small patties, dip each in beaten egg.
    Shallow fry till golden brown and crisp.
