Ingredients
  1. 1/2 kg Dried Apricots
    2 packets Fresh cream
    15-20 Finely sliced almonds
Method
  • Wash 1/2 kg dried apricots and boil. When apricots are tender, let them cool and deseed and crush them. Then chill crushed apricots thoroughly. Add 2 packets of whipped fresh cream and 15 to 20 almonds and mix. Apricot Dessert is ready to serve.
