Ingredients
  1. All purpose flour 2 cups
  2. Salt ½ tsp
  3. Milk as required (for knead)
  4. For Filling:
  5. Mince 300 gm
  6. Ginger and garlic paste ½ tsp
  7. Salt ½ tsp
  8. Chinese salt ½ tsp
  9. Black pepper ½ tsp
  10. Fresh coriander ½ bunch (crushed)
  11. Green chilies 2 (chopped)
  12. Spring onion 1 (finely chopped)
  13. Eggs 2
  14. Oil for frying
  15. For Egg Filling
  16. Black pepper ½ tsp
  17. Salt ¼ tsp
  18. Oil 2 tbsp
Method
  • For Dough:
  • 1Mix together flour, salt and knead to make dough with milk.
  • For Filling:
  • 1.In a pan, cook mince with ginger garlic paste, salt and water.
  • 2.Cook till water evaporates and mince is tender.
  • 3.Now add Chinese salt, black pepper, coriander, chopped spring onion and chopped green chilies.
  • 4.Mix well and turn the flame off.
  • 5.Separately beat 2 eggs with black pepper and salt.
  • 6.Now heat oil and fry egg mixture in it.
  • For Paratha:
  • 1.Make balls of dough.
  • 2.Roll and spread mince filling on it.
  • 3.Now spread egg filling and cover it from all sides.
  • 4.Again roll and fry on Tawa.
  • 5.Serve hot with raita.
  • Note: Cooking Time: 45-50 minuts, Serving: 4-5 persons
