Ingredients
  1. Chicken ½ kg boneless cubes boiled
    Carrot 1 cubed and boiled
    Potato 1 large peeled, cut in cubes and boiled
    Peas ½ cup boiled
    Green Beans cut in 1inch piece and boiled
    Butter 3 ounces
    Flour 4 tbsp
    Cream 8 ounces
    Salt 1 tsp
    Black pepper 1 tsp leveled
    Milk 2 cups
    Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
    Green chilies chopped 2
    Oil ¼ cup
    Onion 2 tbsp chopped
    Cheddar cheese 1 cup grated
Method
  • Heat oil fry chopped onion add butter and flour fry for 1 minute, add milk, salt, pepper, chopped coriander leaves, green chilies, all the boiled vegetables, cook for 5 minutes, remove from fire, add cream, cheddar cheese ½ cup grated mix well and pour into a greased pie dish, sprinkle the rest of cheese on top, bake for 10 minutes until cheese melts.
