Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix corn meal, flour and ¼ teaspoon salt.
Cut margarine until the mix looks like coarse crumbs.
Add one tablespoon water at a time, lightly stirring with the fork until the whole mixture shapes like a ball.
Roll out the pastry on any lightly floured surface to shape a 12 inch circle. Now fit this loosely into the 9-inch glass pie plate.
Trim the edges under and flute.
Now place broccoli in between the layers of the paper towels.
Pat gently to soak the excess water. Mix the broccoli, ¼
teaspoon salt and all the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the whole mixture into the pastry shell and then bake for 1 hour.Allow to stand for another 10 minutes, later serve with the lemon wedges.
