Wash the chicken and put it in the Karachi. Add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and some salt. Cook it till the water dries. Then add in chopped tomatoes and cook it till the water dries. Then add in 1 tbsp karahi masala, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp roasted cumin and 1 cup clarified butter / oil. Cook it. Add in 2 tbsp chopped ginger, 4 chopped green chilies, green coriander and 2 lemon juice. Serve hot.
