پیاز دو عدد(باریک کٹی ہوئی)


ٹماٹر چار عدد(باریک کٹے ہوئے)


ہری مرچ چار سے پانچ عدد


ہرا دھنیا تھوڑا سا


سرخ مرچ پاؤڈر ایک کھانے کا چمچ


دھنیا پاؤڈر ایک کھانے کا چمچ


سفید زیرہ پاؤڈر ایک کھانے کا چمچ


قصوری میتھی ایک کھانے کا چمچ


نمک حسب ذائقہ


تیل ایک کپ

METHOD

سب سے پہلے تیل گرم کر یں، تیل گرم ہو جائے تو اس میں پیاز ڈال کر فرائی کر یں۔ اس کے بعد قیمہ، ادرک، لہسن اور نمک ڈال کر دوسے تین منٹ کے لئے قیمے کو بھون لیں۔ قیمہ بھون لیں تو ٹماٹر، لال مرچ، دھنیا سفید زیرہ ، گرم مصالحہ ڈال کر ان سب کو بھون لیں۔ مصالحہ بھوننے کے بعد اس میں آدھا کپ پانی ڈال کر قیمے کو گلنے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ جب قیمہ گل جائے اور تھوڑا سا پانی رہ جائے تو اس میں قصوری میتھی ڈال کر پانچ منٹ کے لئے دم پر رکھ دیں۔ ہرے دھنیے اور ہری مرچ سے گارنش کر یں اور پراٹھوں کے ساتھ سرو کر یں۔
