For the batter
Slightly mash the banana and add soya milk and sugar to it. Blend in a mixer till smooth and
fluffy. Transfer to a bowl and keep aside.
Add the wheat flour and ragi flour to it and whisk well till smooth and lump-free. Keep aside.
How to proceed
Heat a non-stick pan. Brush it lightly with oil.
Pour 2 tablespoonsfuls of the batter and spread it to make a pancake of approx. 100 mm. (4")
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds on top and cook on both sides till done.
Make 3 more pancakes with the remaining batter.
Serve hot with honey.
