Ingredients
  1. Quail 4-5
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Onion  1
    Red chili paste 1 tbsp
    Turmeric paste  2-3 tbsp
    Yogurt ½ cup
    All spices ½ cup
    All spice powder 1 tsp
    Oil 2-3 tbsp
    Salt to taste
Method
  • Clean the quails and coat with yogurt.
    Heat 2-3tbsp of oil in a medium sized pan. Sauté the whole all spice for a few minutes.
    Add 1  chopped onion and  fry until pink. Then add 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
    Add the quails and fry for a few minutes. Stir in salt , turmeric paste yogurt and red chili paste.
    Add water and cook until the quails and tender. Sprinkle all spice powder on top and serve
