Ingredients
  1. Chicken (leg piece) 2-4
    Yogurt 4 tbsp
    Garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice 3 tbsp
    Chicken tikka masala 2 tbsp
    Oil 1 tbsp
    Yellow food color as required
    Salt to taste
Method
  • Put cuts on the chicken. Take 4 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp oil, 3 tbsp lemon juice, food color, 1 tbsp garlic paste and 2 tbsp chicken tikka masala in a mixing bowl and mix everything together. Marinate chicken in it. Grease the oven tray and put the marinated chicken in it. Bake it and then steam it in the steamer. Take it out and give a coal burn. Serve hot.
