Ingredients
  1. Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    White vinegar 3 tbsp
    Green chilies 8 grinded
    Coriander leaves 3 tbsp grinde
    Mint leaves 10 grinded
    Salt 1 ½ tsp
    Onion 1 medium grinded
    Oil ¼ cup
    Gram flour 2 tbsp
    Allspice 1 tsp
    Yogurt ¼ cup
    Egg white 1
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Kasori methi 1 tsp
Method
  • Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, vinegar and salt for 30 minutes, slightly sauté  gram flour, remove in a bowl add in grinded green masala paste with yogurt, egg white, lemon juice, kasori methi and allspice, add in chicken, marinate for 2 hours then BBQ or bake, give dum of coal, serve with chatni.
