INGREDIENTS

• Salt 1 tablespoon

• Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tablespoon

• Rice 500gm

• Onion ½ cup

• Clove (Long) 5

• Black Pepper 5

• Crushed Red Chilli 1 tablespoon

• Zarda Colour 1

• Yogurt 1 cup

• Mutton 750 gm

• Ghee 1 cup

• Red Chili 1-1/2

• Cinnamon 2

• Green Cardamom 5

• kewra 1 tablespoon

METHOD

Take a pan and add mutton, four cups of water, ginger garlic paste, red chili, salt and cook until the water is dried.
Now add boiled rice and mix.
Add yogurt mixture and put fried onion on it and cook (dam) for 30 minutes.
Serve hot as soon as it gets ready.

I followed this Biryani Recipe recipe step by step online on my kitchen slab. But unfortunately it dint turned out to be that good as I was expecting it to be. I can’t recognize my mistake. Can someone help me correct myself?
