Blueberry
Blueberries are blue colored small round berries, which have a sweet taste, although acidic. It has a silver bloom around. It ripens through May and June, changing color from green to reddish purple to finally blue when mature. Blueberries are believed to reduce the build-up of bad cholesterol that is a contributor to cardiovascular disease and stroke, due to their antioxidant effects.
